We ship our parcels Monday to Friday and have a packaging cut off time of 2pm, orders placed before 2pm usually will be shipped the same day.

We send our international parcels via UPS, you can track your items by using their website here: https://www.ups.com/

We send our parcels to UK addresses via Yodel and UK Mail for Multiple Parcel Consignments, you can track your items using the respective websites or here https://track.parcelhub.net

When your items are delivered it is very important you check the items are not damaged and you sign only for the items you receive.

For example if you should have three parcels but only receive two only sign for two, the delivery driver will ask you to sign and please check the amount of boxes you receive is correct.

If a box seems damaged in anyway, you are welcome to refuse the item or if you wish to accept the item please sign for the item and write “box damaged” next to your signature, if its a POD system, ask the driver how you can make a note the item is damaged.

If you have any issues with the delivery YOU MUST report it to us within 24 hours of Delivery, if the issue is not reported to us until after this time we may be unable to assist you.

If an item you receive is faulty on delivery, please return it to the following address: KITBAG, 22 Ptarmigan Pl, Attleborough Fields Ind Estate, Nuneaton CV11 6RX.

You must enclose with your return, Your name and Address and a contact phone number and that the product was bought from Kitbagshop Website, also a letter with explanation of problem

We will not be held responsible for items returned and lost in the post, we advise you use tracking for your own peace of mind.

Please note if you return an item that has a void warranty we will be unable to replace the item, and you will be required to pay for redelivery of goods we cannot replace or refund.

You may return items at your own cost that are still in the original packaging and unused to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, to take advantage of this law, you must write to us at the address above to inform us of your return, and the goods must be received within 14 days of original delivery, any goods returned that have been open or used will not be refunded.
